Submission form is missing

    I just renewed my Community Events license and and my Events Calendar Pro license, and updated the versions. Now my form is missing.

    I am not sure what I did wrong.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated. What more do you need to know from me to help work through this?

    Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to get the form to show by upgrading the version we were using.
