stupid question

    When a customer purchases multiple tickets (of the same ticket type, not different types) in one order, do they receive actual separate files /emails for each ticket or do they receive one file / email stating that they’ve purchased multiple tickets?

    Great question Steve: I actually had to check as I wasn’t immediately sure of the answer.

    The person placing the order should receive one email containing all the tickets that pertain to the order, even if it covers multiple events.
