Stuck on wrong currency symbol

I’m having an issue where my default currency is set to “£” and won’t let me change it to “$”. I’ve tried changing it in the settings and clicking “save changes”, but it continues to stay with “£”.

I figured out my own issue and resolved it. You have to change the settings in “WooCommerce” in order to change the currency symbol.
