    i have event calendar pro, event tickets plus, I also purchased and installed Easy Digital Downloads and gravity forms. i was hoping to work everything together, but it has been harder than I expected!!!

    i have the checkout plug-in pop-up enabled, but that doesn’t come up
    only PayPal opens when i click “Buy Now”
    In Entries/Settings/Tickets, if I deselect “Tribe Commerce” I am unable to purchase anything

    i have set up Stripe, with api live keys, webhook
    i am set to the default checkout page [download_checkout]
    i am trying to sell tickets to a race, that entrants can print themselves.

    i am sure it is something i am doing wrong, and too scared to deactivate everything to test plugin conflict.
    this is a nonprofit site and I am a total Newbie, so i would really appreciate any and all help you can provide.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues getting your ecommerce set up. I will try to help you get this sorted.

    Tribe Commerce is our in-house ecommerce solution that only has PayPal as an option. This is an alternative to the other options, WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. You would not use this in addition to EDD.

    Once you get EDD configured, you should be able to just create tickets within an Event, and they will be generated as EDD Products.
