ParticipantHi,
on my customers website we’re facing a strange issue.
The widget isn’t displaying correctly in firefox and IE.
Strange on this view is, that on chrome everything is ok. And also, and that is strange as well, as administrator the widget is displaying correctly in firefox and IE.
Any ideas?Many thanks.
Best,
Tigger

MemberHi Tigger – sorry you’re facing difficulties here.
Can you confirm what the correct URL is? I seem unable to access your site using the URL you provided when you opened this thread.
Thanks!

MemberHi!
I think the problem with your URL may well have been a bug in our forum/support tools – apologies on that front and thanks for clarifying what the correct URL is.
So I do see that there are a couple of Javascript issues:
TypeError: $nocnflct.scrollUp is not a function TypeError: $(...).coinslider is not a functionAlso, it appears that the jQuery library (which many plugins and themes use) is enqueued twice – generally speaking it should be added once only as multiple copies are a recipe for problems.
Typically this issue is caused by a theme or plugin that isn’t “playing by the rules”. I do see you noted already having tried deactivating all other plugins and that you also switched to a default theme – can you confirm the same problem occurred under those conditions?

Participantok.. here in germany we say “system error between ears”… 🙂
I’m using special cache for wordpress and this li’l moron saved old config…
there was never an issue with flash NOR events widget..
sorry for disturbing..
(it took me 3 days to find out.. hopefully never ever someone matches this thread with my real name ^^..)Best,
Tigger
P.S.: The double scripts call is because of the cacher.. it works – too good.. 😀
