ParticipantHi there, I have an event widget on the home page of a site I am working on (http://www.sharonhurst.co.uk/), and it is not responding to changes I am making in the settings. If I switch off options it switches them back on again after saving. Also, it is displaying the date twice, and as other users have said, an extra ‘1’ in the address.
I have attached an image so you can see what I mean.
I know you are fixing the ‘1’ issue but is the rest of it part of the same problem?
Many thanks
Sam

MemberGood evening Sam and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch with the widget.
We are actively working on a fix for this.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.In the meantime, there is a workaround.
Create a template override:
1. Copy this file
wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/modules/single-event.php
to
wp-content\themes\{your-theme}\tribe-events\pro\widgets\modules\single-event.php2. Open it for editing and add these two lines in the beginning:
$zip = tribe_get_zip();
$region = tribe_get_region();3. Save.
Secondly, I am noticing that you are one version behind for the Events Calendar Pro.
The latest version should be 4.4.2.If all of that does not solve all of your issues, let me know.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
Best regards,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
