ParticipantOn update, the plugin was deactivated because it was not found. Then I reactivated it manually. I just noticed the folder name in the plugin dir was this:
theeventscalendar.compu_request_pluginevents-facebook-importerversion4.1pu_get_download1pue_active_version4-xeBnLM
Let me know what you think, thanks!

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
I noticied the same thing on my test site and we are looking into the problem, but not sure what is causing it right now.
If you reactive the plugins they should still as normal.
Do you find that is the case?

ParticipantYes, on re-activating everything works fine. Hopefully it can be worked out for the next update. Thanks!

When I uploaded the new update for the Facebook plugin there was a sudden error message, which I failed to capture. Adding an FB page in Import Settings works fine but then when I try to upload the new listings I get this error message above and upload fails

MemberSteve,
We have fixed the plugin folder name issue, it was a packaging error.
I would recommend deactivating and deleting the current premium plugins you have for Pro and Facebook.
Then grabbing the latest copies from theeventscalendar.com in your account.
Then manually upload them to get the original folder names back.
This process does delete events or settings, but it is always a good idea to backup just in case.
Cheers

MemberHi John,
Thanks for posting here. I can certainly help you here, but we can help you better if you create your own topic in the forum, where we can interact with you one on one.
Having said that it sounds like PHP is running out of memory.
This is a good guide to increasing it:

If you have further issues after that please create a new topic and reference this one and we can help out.
Thanks
