Store View: WooCommerce Tickets & Physical WooCommerce products

Hi there!

I’m looking at options for selling tickets online using WooCommerce. Just wondering if the tickets show up on the Store/Shop page with the other physical products or if the WooCommerce Tickets plugin creates a filter that removes them from the store page and confines them to the Events page?

I am looking for something that separates the two, but would like customers to be able to Continue Shopping in the Store after adding the ticket(s) to their cart. (Example: A customer purchases a concert ticket, but would also like to purchase a CD or t-shirt) Would the shopping cart view show a link to Continue Shopping if there were physical products in WooCommerce?

Hello Jess,

Thanks for the interest in WooCommerce Tickets.

By default the tickets are hidden on the Shop Page and only show on the event page, but if you change the “Catalog visibility” in the Ticket in the WooCommerce Product editor you can make it show.

For the checkout process you add a ticket to your cart from the Event and then it takes you to the WooCommerce Cart. The whole checkout process is handled by WooCommerce and we do not modify it. So you could continue shopping from there and add other products.
