ParticipantHi
I am having the same problem mentioned in other topic — actual remaining stock is 2 plus 3 tickets awaiting payment, total number of tickets is 40. Woocommerce shows it all correct. Event Tickets shows “sold 35 of 62” — 35 is correct number of completed orders, not counting 3 not paid, but why the hell total is 62?
When I am trying to edit the ticket, it shows Stock as -11. I tried to change to 2 — just no effect, it remains -11. I tried to get around this and changed to -20 (if it shows additional 22 tickets in stock then I will try to decrease to see 2) — it showed me 35 out of 40 remaining in admin area and Out of stock on event page. And in ticket options stock became -34 :).
Here is a screenshot http://www.screencast.com/t/m9c6TIVJ
And on event page form shows 24 out of 62 available but Woocommerce does not allow to choose more than 2 tickets.I made some manual changes in Woocommerce stock, adding 5 or so tickets via Woocommerce.

MemberGood evening Sergey and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the stock issue you are having with WooCommerce and Events Tickets Plus.
I would love to try to help you with this topic. In order to help you find the cause and the solution, I will need to be able to replicate your issue.
For that reason, I will have a few questions about your process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.I am noticing that you are using the WooCommerce autocomplete order plugin. Can you confirm that every transaction, regardless of it’s payment status is automatically set to “completed” by the plugin ? If that’s not the case, could you tell me what your settings are for that plugin ?
The reason I am asking is because there has been reports of WooCommerce automatic order status plugins (there are a few of them) taking “shortcuts” compared to what happens when you manually set the status to “Completed”. Since our plugins are expecting some of the steps to handle stock properly, sometimes that leads to stock discrepancies.
If you could run a quick test to see if the issue persists on a new event without the WooCommerce autocomplete order plugin activated, it would be great.
Can you tell me if there are manual orders being done (going directly to WooCommerce’s backend and placing ticket orders) ?
Finally, it would be extremely helpful if you could provide me with the sales report.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantHey folks,
I wanted to update this thread with some information from our developers, who’ve been taking a close look at some stock-related issues and found something interesting.
The essential takeaway from this review of stock features is this, to quote one of our developers:
We reduce the stock for pending payments to avoid the chance for over-selling a ticket product.
We take this directly from WooCommerce itself. So, at this time there is not a bug here, to the best of our knowledge and after investigating.
Want to ensure proper stock counting when placing manual orders and such? Well, as long as you mark the order “Complete” and ensure that there are NO pending payments or anything, the stock should be updated fine. Otherwise, the stock will be reduced to prevent the over-selling of ticket products.
I hope this information is helpful; if you find that even when orders ARE marked complete, and all payments are complete, stock issues persist, then let us know either here or in a new thread on these forums with a link back to this thread for reference.
We can continue a conversation and investigation from there.
Thank you for your patience with this!
