Still getting Prompts WooTickets

    I was running WooTickets unitil it was retired and replaced by Event Tickets. I uninstalled and removed WooTickets and purchased and installed Event Tickets. However, in the Events Calendar Lic. Panel I still WooTickets and keep getting messages about WooTickets Updates and that my Lic has expired. How do I make Events Calendar forget WooTickets ?

    Hi.

    (FYI: You posted in our Pre-Sales forum so I moved this thread to our Event Tickets Plus forum.)

    As you know, you’ll need to use our new Event Tickets plugin and, optionally, its paid add-on Event Tickets Plus. Everyone with a legacy “tickets” plugin (e.g. WooTickets, EDD Tickets) should already have a copy of Event Tickets Plus in their account. You can read more at Moving to Event Tickets Plus.

    I checked your account, and your Event Tickets Plus license is active and good through January 2017.

    Therefore, I’m guessing you have the WooTickets plugin still active. Please deactivate it and activate both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus plugins.

    Then everything should be smooth sailing from there.
