Not only do the single events multiply when attempting the sticky view. I disabled the sticky view and it still does the same thing and the query shows up under also the google map does not display at all.

Duplicating of events in sticky view (ticked or not)

Hi – sorry you’re facing difficulties here.

It looks like you might have made a few customizations with regards to month view: can you confirm if restoring default templates and removing any customizations restores normal behaviour?

If not, can you confirm exactly the steps I would need to take to replicate this locally?

    Thanks!

I am using the Tribe event style. The error happened just before the new update. Thought the update would correct it but it didn’t. Right now I have the default set to Map view till the calender view can be fixed.

OK: but does the problem happen if you remove your customizations? It certainly doesn’t look like something that would happen with our default month view template.

I’m not sure. I’m just a basic user. I’m just using the map view so I don’t have fuss with the calender and mouse over (sticky view) not working. It’s still not working on mobile.

OK, so, it looks to me like the problem is the result of a customization: if you’re not aware of having implemented any changes (and haven’t asked someone else to do so on your behalf) then perhaps it is a custom template that shipped with your theme, or perhaps it is actually a side effect of something else like another plugin?

I realize you noted having tried some of these steps already, but I think it could be worth running through these in full:

    • Please deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO
    • Switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve or Twenty Thirteen
    • Does the problem occur now?
    • Assuming for the moment the problem is gone, start reactivating everything
    • Every time you reactivate something check month view and see if the problem has returned (if so, note whichever plugin/theme was just reactivated – that will probably be the source of the conflict)

    Is that possible here?

Hi! It’s been a while so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread (and so it will no longer be monitored by staff). If we can help with anything else, though, please don’t hesitate to create new threads as needed. Thanks!
