ParticipantHi Events Calendar
I am using the PRO version of the calendar on my site http://www.bedfordpark.ca/ on both a Calendar page and as a widget in a couple of places. I am using the widget at the top of the site to display one event and display only the title. See attached screen cap. Each weekday has a recurring event on it Day 1 , Day, 2, Day 3…Day 5. that is somewhat randomly occurring. In this top widget area I would like only these reoccurring Day events to display and never anything else. Right now I have these Day events sticky so they show at the top in the list view but in this widget view other events keep appearing and it would be great if I could stop this form happening. Is there a way to do this? Many Thanks

MemberHi, Andrew.
1)
Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/i-want-to-move-the-all-day-events-to-the-bottom-of-the-calendar-day-list-views-2/#post-1358610 and let me know if that’s the same as your question about order of events within a certain day.
2)
To display just a single event’s title, I think it’d be better for you to use our tribe_event_inline shortcode.
Typically (like via your theme), shortcodes are already enabled in widgets, but, if not, follow one of these methods: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-use-shortcodes-in-your-wordpress-sidebar-widgets/
Please let me know how this goes for you.

ParticipantHi Cliff
Thanks for replying.
This is not really what I was asking. I don’t want to move the All Day events to the bottom. I want a particular All Day event to always display at the top of a list so that the list will always say something like DAY 1, DAY 2, DAY 3 and not have events like Soccer practice mixed in there. Thanks for your help

MemberSorry I’m still not 100% clear on what you’re wanting… what about making the event you want at the top a Sticky event — possibly a Featured Event (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/featured-events/)?
If this still isn’t helpful to you, please share a screen capture video with audio commentary to clarify your request for me.
Thank you.
