Starting Day of Week

By default, the calendar displays weeks starting with Monday and ending with Sunday. How do I change this to a more conventional calendar view, where the first day of the week is Sunday and the last day of the week is Saturday, i.e. each week in the calendar – from left to right – starts with Sunday and ends with Saturday?

I do not see the “Week Starts On” option on the Settings > General screen that is noted as the remedy in other discussions on this same topic…

It’s located in the WordPress Settings > General just above the Save button. It is not part of the plugin.
