    Hi! I sell tickets by WooCommerce. When somebody choose an event from calendar (i have only one event and it’s recurring), selects one (or more) ticket from 3 kinds and buys it. He receives the ticket in his email and under the name event there is ALWAYS the start recurring date event and not the date chose from him. Can you help me?

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

    Our Event Tickets Plus plugin doesn’t fully support tickets for recurring events. That means that there are _glitches_ like the one you described above.

    A possible workaround this would be creating a custom template for the email and removing the date and time from it.

    Or another one would be breaking up the event series to single events and setting up a ticket for all of them. If there are a lot of recurrences, this can take quite long.

    One more would be adding a required filed to the ticket, where the buyer would need to fill out which date he wants to purchase the ticket to.

    Although this might not be the answer you were expecting, I still hope it helps.
