Start date missing. Css Issue?

Events calender 4.6.6 , Pro 4.4.19

On Event View the start date is missing, it’s there in source code but css is not configured in a way that it shows.
Same result when I re-tried with all plugins deactivated.
When I enter consul are remove a couple of css elements the Start Date Shows.

Problem was with the theme. There was a .updated class set to display none.
