We did have the eventbrite regular version installed first. Can you give us any pointers to fix??

Hello Brian, are you using the latest version of all our plugins? And are you using the latest version of WordPress? I saw in the screenshot you needed to update to 3.4.1, but not sure if you’ve done that already.

Here are some other things to try, just to rule out all the most common possibilities for these types of errors. If you can confirm you’ve tried all of the following that would be wonderful, then I can better know how to source the problem:

Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict?

Have you tried reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme to see if it’s something with your theme?

Try setting your permalinks to ‘postname’ in Settings > Permalinks?

Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks (it does it automatically)?

Try increasing the PHP memory for your website: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/?

    Thanks so much!
