Spacing issues in version 4.0.6

Hey folks,

We’ve received a number of reports here in the forums about an issue with extra spacing added to the calendar when updated to The Events Calendar 4.0.6.

We’ve been able to narrow the issue down to a conflict with specific themes (including X and Genesis) and plugins (including JetPack Beautiful Math).

We’re still looking into this one and hope to roll out a fix in our next maintenance release.

In the meantime, we wrote a plugin that will help resolve this for most cases. Please install it temporarily until the next release and see if it helps:

If it does not work for some reason, you can also try the method suggested here, which has resolved the issue in other cases we’ve seen.

Sorry for the trouble on this and I hope this helps provide some relief while we work to patch this up in an official release.
