    Dear support,

I want to sort tickets using WooTickets and Events Calendar Pro ascendingly. I read this thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-order-of-tickets/) and added the snipped to the functions.php file in the theme’s child directory. Next, I added the function call in the tickets.php file. However, the tickets aren’t sorted.

What’s wrong with what I did? Would you be so kind to give me clear advice on how to autosort the tickets based on price?

    Thanks in advance.

    Best,
    Luc

    Hi Luc,

Sorry the issues on this tutorial.

I can help out and get this working for you.

So can you confirm you moved this file to your theme:

    \wootickets\src\views\wootickets\tickets.php

    Into this location:

    \yourtheme\tribe-events\wootickets\tickets.php

And then added the snippet to that file according to the tutorial.

Let me know about that and we can go from here.

    Thanks
