Sorting Event Categories

Hello,

I need to custom sort the event’s categories display in Community Event Creation Form. Is there a filter/hook to do so? Since its rendered as data-attribute I dont want to fiddle around with javascript.
I need about 4 category items in specific Order first, then the rest should append alphabetically ascendenting (like they do now).
