I have the same problem as in the forum on april 10. Purchased the PRO today. Already had The Events Calendar installed version 4.4.5. and via upload installed the PRO.

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I can help you here 🙂

As I informed Ivan in his thread, we made some changes to our license validation service last weekend. The update caused an issue with domains containing a hyphen (-), but other than that it seems to be working for mos folks.

In the past we’ve heard of hosting companies restricting some of these ‘calls’ to external services which affected our validation server requests. Can you please reach out to your hosting company and see if they are doing such thing or if they have some information on their logs about it?
