    I have recently renewed both Calendar Pro and Event Aggregator.

    I have entered the correct license keys and I get the message “Sorry, key validation server is not available.”

    All plugins have been updated and it has worked in the past, although the aggregator which was slated to import a google calendar hasn’t worked in months although the license had not expired.

    Please advise as soon as possible please. Thank you,

    Has anyone seen this inquiry? We have spent $330 the past year purchasing your plugins and I’m hoping to get some assistance. Thank you.

    I have just uninstalled and then reinstalled the event calendar plugins and I’m still getting the same error.

    I’ve noticed that there have been replies to many posts today, I’m wondering why nobody has addressed this issue. Am I not following protocol?

    I’m sorry you are having that issue. I just went ahead and generated a new license for you. You should be able to find it in here > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/

    Please give that a try and let us know if it works.

    Both the Aggregator and the Pro still give the save message
    Sorry, key validation server is not available.

    I’m really sorry you’re still getting that message.

    Could you please go to Events > Help and send us a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status section?
