Some translation issues; filter bar and week view

Cheers! Just discovered some things aren’t properly translated. I threw up a screenshot here: http://cl.ly/Qesf

“Search” is simply not translated and “Location” is hard-wired in the source code.

The “Monday, August 5th 2013”, the table headers (“Mon 5th”, “Tue, 6th” etc.) and the times column are not localized. Also the “ganztägig” in the upper left marking the all-day events is way too long. You should either make the column longer (or let it adapt) or sneak in a ­ (“ganz­tägig”). Not sure if the WordPress translation system allows that. Another more or less suitable option would be to use the abbreviation “gt.”; it’s not so common but still better than the current state.

Finally, some overeager person translated the CSS classes for the view dropdown items (tribe-icon-week -> tribe-icon-woche). This of course breaks the icons.

Aw, the system ate my HTML entities!

The one sentence should read “sneak in a & shy; (“ganz& shy­tägig”)”. Added a space here to break the entity up. Well, you know what I mean. 😛
