Initially all the texts are shown properly in arabic language as it should, but as soon as i click on search the content changes to english mainly
“+ Export Events”, “Events for ديسمبر 2017” etc and almost all the content which changes after clicking the search button. however if i do refresh after searching the event which is not found e.g. if i search for event “dasfadsfdasf” which obviously not exist it shows the message in english “There were no results found for “asdfadsfadsf” this month. Try searching next month.” instead of arabic, but if i refresh the page with “tribe-bar-search=asdfadsfadsf” it shows the message correctly “لم يتم العثور على نتائج ل “asdfadsfadsf” هذا الشهر. جرب البحث في الشهر التالي.” .. kindly have a look.. let me know if you need login details

Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
