ParticipantI have a site where some maps are loading and some aren’t. The map boxes are all ticked, and a Google Maps API key is in the settings. I have tried creating several fresh keys.
NB The Google Maps API key generation page is different to your documentation.

We are sorry to hear about some of the maps not showing up properly on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic.I am going to use https://kinesiology.co.uk/event/bexley-kent-kinesiology-taster-event-3/ as an example.
Could you :
- Go to the “Edit Venue” page for that venue and try checking the “Use latitude and longitude” checkboxes ?
- Send me a screenshot of that Edit venue screen ?

Thank you for writing back.
I am not sure if you tried to send a screen grab along with your example URL.
If you did, it looks like it got lost somewhere in the process unfortunately.Could you try resending that screen grab via a link to Dropbox or Google Drive perhaps ?
In any case, I went ahead and visited the example URL you just gave me and the maps displays on my end.
Is it possible you have changed something since then ? Or perhaps, the WP engine cache has been refreshed ?
