    I posted my own thread but see multiple people with this problem. I just purchased this plugin and this is the first event and first tickets to be sold. We had 2 orders today, the first order purchased as guest with 4 attendees used woocommerce and stripe and the data saved fine. I placed my order for 3 tickets as guest using woocommerce and stripe also – I completed the info on the front side and checked out. I am including screen shot.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The good news is that we were able to help the customer in the other thread you are referring to.

    First off, I would advise upgrading our Event Tickets Plus to version 4.4.5 as it addresses some compatibility issues with WooCommerce 3.

    Secondly, I would highly recommend using the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/66bf05df61ee269c60ff20d6f39e2cab

    This ensures that the quantity of tickets cannot be changed straight from the cart.

    The combination of the update and this snippet, should normally fix the issue.
