    Hello,

I am contemplating between two calendars, Timely’s and yourself. Due to positive feedback, I am leaning towards the event calendar to launch this startup idea I have. However, I just want to make sure the features and capabilities are what I am trying to achieve in a website

With the Event Calendar can I?
Allow registered users their own calendars to maintain and organize with their events. That they can distinguish between personal events, events just to their subscribers/Friends and or a public event that will be fed to a public calendar along with every other user’s public events?
Like how facebook allows each user a page in which they can post whatever they like, this will allow each user a calendar to post events whenever they like.

    Hey Simeal,

I appreciate your interest in our plugin! Unfortunately it is not capable of the things you mentioned – it’s not possible out-of-the-box, specifically.

You could, in theory, custom-code all of the features you describe here, but that is not something we can help with even if you purchased a license, and these features would require a very large amount of coding.

Another calendar solution may be a better option at this time – or hiring a developer to customize things for you, as well. If you’re interested in this latter option, we have a list of some developers with excellent reputations here → http://m.tri.be/18k1

I’m sorry to disappoint but hope the information here is clear and helps you move forward with your project.

    Sincerely,
    George
