    I had a new WordPress site and both the subscriptions that I paid for calendar pro and Ticket Event Plus would not work. We changed to linux and cpanel. now my subscriptions were on the original site and I did deactivate them, we need to roll them into my new site, which is not complete by GoDaddy yet, They need to give me a new cpanel web address. Can you allow my subscriptions to be activated on my new site? I have had so many issues with these 2 plugins, I think I am going to find better plugins that work for taking events and payments. This has cost me a fortune to try to fix plus about 40 hours of my time. Should not have been such problems. Thanks.

    Hello,

    I’m sorry that you’ve had such a hard time getting up and running! I am not able to deregister your license from my end, as it is automatically registered when you enter it onto your site. As long as it is there, it will remain registered.

    I took a look at your licenses, and it looks like only the Event Tickets Plus license is currently registered. In order to add it to your new site, you will need to follow these instructions to de-link it from your old site. Your Events Calendar Pro license is not currently linked and is good to go on your new site 🙂 However, even without having the license keys on the new site, you will still be able to upload and activate both plugins there. Once you move the license key over, you’ll be able to update automatically.
