I installed PRO yesterday and been testing it out. When I go to any single event information page, my theme links (including main menu) stop working though the links within the calendar continue to work. I checked out all of the view options and this doesn’t appear to happen at any other time. You can look at any event on my calendar but for ease, here is a direct link to one: http://thestudiodoor.com/inside/?tribe_events=open-studio-intermediate&eventDate=2014-11-04

That is odd. This is pretty clearly a conflict with your theme. I would not be surprised if one of your theme’s templates is less conflicty (technical term for you there) though. Have you tried the various theme options in WP Admin > Events Settings > Display? Check out the “Events template” drop down. You might try each of this, and click Save then retest. Did one of them restore your navigation to functional order?
