Simplified RSVP

Hi,

I have a pre-sale question about the Event Calendar plugin.
Were already using the Event Calender plugin in multiple sites, and we really like its functionality.
Now we have a new client that has some special needs.

Its about a member club that organises events on regular basis.
All events are open for members to join, the only thing they have to do is sign up for it.
So the client wishes to use event calender, but with a simple “attending/not attending” button.
Kind of like what facebook uses for events.

Since all members already have a login for the website it would be best to be able to make a selection only by clicking a button.
So there will be no futher information needed, and we want to keep this as simple as possible.
System would be able to recognise users by userprofile since everyone is logedin already.

I know there are soms plugins that offer this funtions, but i would prefer The Event Calendar as a main plugin.

This is an interesting feature, but our plugins unfortunately do not provide this feature:

I’m sorry to disappoint. 🙁 There is no way to make our plugins support this feature without extensive code customization at this time.

Is this what you just included in the new update?

We do not have this in our plugins at this time, Paul—the RSVPs still require entering a name and choosing the amount of “seats” to reserve and such.

The one-click “I’m attending” option is not currently in our plugins.
