Simple Event Registration

Hi,

Is there a way to do simple event registration, I don’t really want to sell tickets.

The site I’m working on offers free workshops…what I’m dreaming to happen is – there would be a button on the event page “register for this workshop” – that would lead to a simple pop-up form of name/email. done.

Any thoughts towards achieving this would be mucho appreciated.

For registration I have found this coding that may work for you:

If that is to much you could try creating a form in Contact Form 7 or another Form system and use that to take registration.

There is not much else we have for that.
