ParticipantHi, all. First, I have never been able to enter my License Key successfully. The site acknowledges that the key has been entered, it pulls it back from the registration server and then when I attempt to check for updates again, I get the following:
Fatal error: Cannot call overloaded function for non-object in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas08_data01/92/2566092/html/wp-content/plugins/types/plus/installer/includes/installer.class.php on line 32
From there then, whenever I attempt to even view my Licenses from within the plugin, I get the same error message. Until I wait for 2 or 3 minutes…then things seem to recover. The Licenses tab then shows that I, actually, still need a valid license. I reenter it…it spins…and spins…and spins…until I eventually have to click SOMETHING…which I do…and then I either get the above message or I’m able to enter my key…which I do…am then told to re-run “Check Updates”…which I do…and then either get the above message or I am told
“There is an update available for The Events Calendar PRO but your license key has not been entered. Please go to the Events Calendar Options page to enter your license key. ”
I have deactivated all other plug-ins…changed themes…and verify that all Event Calendar functionality is there…except for any attempt to issue a *&$%!*& License against it.
Any help, guidance, hand-holding, finger-pointing…any attention at all to get this three-week old issue to finally go away will be quite awesome.
Thanks.

MemberHey Guy,
Man, my sincerest apologies here. I too would be frustrated by any issue sticking around for three weeks so let’s try to figure this out together.
To start, would it be possible to share the URL of the site where this is popping up? I’d like to checkĀ a couple of things from this end before digging in too deep just to make sure we’re covering our bases. You can include that in a private reply, if you’d like.
While we’re at it, will you please also paste in your system information? You can grab that in the Events > Settings > Help screen at the very bottom–this will also be a huge help.
Thanks so much and sorry again for the trouble!
