Sidebar Widget (Event List)

After the recent upgrade to 3.9, we started to notice that there is a strange piece of data being added above each entry in the list of events that appears on the sidebar. Specifically, instead of the listing reading as follow:

Disney Live! Mickey’s Music Festival
January 3 @ 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

We are seeing:

Sat 03
Disney Live! Mickey’s Music Festival
January 3 @ 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

Not sure how/why “Sat 03” is appearing with this entry, but this problem is happening with each and every event in the list, including those that recur. The data added looks to be the start date and day of the week in all cases. We’ve followed standard protocol for trouble shooting, including deactiving plugins, reverting to the default theme, checked customization options within the plugin itself and looked through the forums, but have yet to find a solution. Perhaps this can be solved by simply removing a line within one of the plugin’s files… just not sure where to start.

Sorry for the issues you are having.

We updated the look of the List Widget and the Stylesheet has a glitch and is not loading correctly.

Please add the following to your theme’s function.php:

https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/9ac665ddcdef95c8a2e5

That will style the list widget correctly including the Sat 03.

We are releasing a fix either this week or next to resolve this issue as well.
