ParticipantIs it possible to show the ticket information on the woo commerce order page from the backend? As it stands now my client gets notification of an order, checks the order to manually see what event(s) tickets were purchased for, goes into events, finds that event and clicks on tickets.
It seems there could be a more streamlined way to view that information.
Thanks!

MemberHey Jeff,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Sure, let’s see how we can make things better for your client 🙂
Let me start by saying I’m not quite sure what you client need to see in there. Now there’s a ticket link in the WooCommerce order page → https://cloudup.com/cspBlQwSH44 – it will take you to the ticket product page and there you’ll see there’s a link to the event as well.
Does he want to have a link to the attendees report page in the order’s page? Are there any steps he is doing after completing the order? Maybe we can look into automating those, for example you can set the WooCommerce order autocomplete in WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Tickets if it helps.
Please let me know about it,
Best,

ParticipantI would also like to do this, currently i have:
Venue (Flower show, recurring over 4 days)
Event (Restaurant reservation)
Tickets (12pm,1pm,2pm booking set meal for $XX)So when client gets an order, the ticket is simply “Table at 1pm”
I would like to show Event, date and venue somewhere on the order page but also in the customer back-end or the email the customer receives

MemberHey Ben,
Thanks for chiming in! I’ll be working with Jeff’s request here. You are welcome to follow along while we work his issue out or you can open up a new thread for this. Having just a user/issue per thread makes them move faster and we can address specific request (if they are in the scope of the support we privde in the forums). You can also include a link back to this thread if you want.
@Jeff, please let me know about the questions asked in my previous reply when you have some time.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
