Show Google Map Checkbox is gone

After updating Calendar plugin and Community Events extension from version 4.1.3 to version 4.2 following checkboxes for event disappeared: (on event editor page in WordPress admin, and on Sumbit Event form when Venue Selected):

Show Google Maps Link
Show Google Map

How do we get these checkboxes back because we would like to enable/disable Google maps for single events, not venues.
