Show calendar (full moth) with "no sidebar" BUT List "with side bar"

Hi,
on my website I will provide two sections.
#1: The Events of one day in as a list. I want so show some adverts and other widgets in the sidebar – actually exactly as it appears on my website: http://boouquet.de/events/

#2: To show the full month, I need the full width – so take off the side bar.
http://boouquet.de/events/monat/

In the backend I can swith between “sidebar” or “fullwidth” in your settings, but i can not add some kind of dependence on a specific page.

You’re right – there is no means of doing this using the settings screens alone. What you’d really need to do is set up a customization of your own: one approach (just as an example) could be to use the Default Page Template and add some code to check if the request is for an events page and then load a different template from there.

You could do something similar with hooks/filters, too, if you are confident working with them.

Does that give you any ideas to work with, here?
