Is there i solutions to export additional information to an ticket when order is on-hold? Also show it in the backend attendees list?
Now only completed orders show with additional information. That is a problem for ous. We have version 4.3 installed.

ParticipantWhat i can see the additional information is not saved to the database at all, could that be the issue? Why is the information not saved? Setting i have missed?

☝️ Can you please clarify what this means? I unfortunately don’t understand what you’re asking for here—I’m sorry! What do you mean by “export additional information to an ticket”, for example?

I have tested more and find that its something wrong to save the data or something, its not showing upp in the attendee list or csv export. But read more in the thread.
