I loaded shortcodes pro. Now neither the normal shortcodes nor the pro shortcodes work. Do I have to change something in the style.css. When I enter the codes a calendar is created, which is purely optically distributed over the whole page, but not as it should be.

Good evening and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

First off, you mention Shortcodes Pro (https://eventcalendarnewsletter.com/the-events-calendar-shortcode/). Although that plugin works with our products, it is not programmed or maintained by us.

I would recommend reaching out to that developper.

As you can imagine, we unfortunately cannot help you out with that plugin.
However, we would be glad to support you with our the Events Calendar Pro plugin that does offer full shortcode abilities: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
