shortcodes and no-pro version

i got a lite(?) version of the event calendar,

question is: are shortcodes only available in pro version? same for the shortcodes?

Thanks for trying out our free version of The Events Calendar! That’s correct–calendar and event shortcodes are only available with our premium calendar offering Events Calendar PRO, as are most of the widgets detailed in our Knowledgebase. You’ll find a more detailed feature comparison between the two plugins on the product page for Events Calendar PRO linked above!
