With that in mind, this type of issue is typically caused by one to the following causes:
- If the page or post containing the shortcode is “Private” or “Draft”
- When you have a Caching plugin that needs to be emptied
- When your browser cache needs refreshing. You can test that by viewing that link in a Private Browsing window.
