Shortcode not working. License doesn't seem active.

Hi,

I am having a problem with calendar pro. The plugin folder is installed into plugins of the wordpress site but the [tribe_mini_calendar] isn’t showing up. I also can’t see to find how to activate the license with the license key. I am not sure if the pro version is active on my site. Could you please advise.

Hey Kevin,

Thank you for reaching out to us! As I can see from your system info you only have The Events Calendar installed and activated: you have to install Events Calendar PRO to be able to use the shortcodes.

Please access your account, download and install the latest version of Events Calendar PRO.

After that, please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Settings > Licenses, add your license key and press the “Save Changes” button in the end of that page.
