    Hi,

I have the community events plugin, I’m from the UK and wanted to add a drop down list option into the address fields of the adding an event form for UK counties. I then wanted a shortcode to use on specific pages using the specified county – is this possible? I have an interactive counties in the UK map on my site and I wanted to incorporate the use of that with the community events plugin if I can.

    Hello Sally,

Great question, though I am afraid that Community Events does not include a shortcode option to display the form in a way that limits submissions to UK-specific counties. That’s a good idea though!

Also, this is the view from my events list โ€“ hardly readable โ€“ what can I do to change this? Can I delete sections easily which arenโ€™t needed?

Absolutely! If you clock the “Screen Options” button at the top and right of the screen (screenshot), then that will allow you to set which columns you want to display and hide the rest.

Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cheers,
    Geoff
