    Hello,

I am playing around with the free version, though it seems to automatically create a new page that stores all the events. I want to be able to create the events calendar but then choose to display it within an existing page with other content (via shortcode, for example). Is this something I can do with the Pro version? (Or am I missing that option on the free version?)

Good evening Nikki and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

The short answer is yes, you can achieve embeds with the pro version: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

Here are the 2 knowledge base articles on this very topic:

    1. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
    2. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
