short codes dont work, do I need event calendar plus?

Hello,

I purchased Event Tickets Plus and am trying to use one of the short codes ( [tribe_mini_calendar] ) on the front page of my site (and other pages too). The problem is that I just see the text of the short code, not the calendar, which you would expect to see if the shortcode was parsed correctly.

I am thinking that it is maybe due to the fact that I did not purchase the event calendar pro? Do the short codes work if I purchased Event Tickets Plus?

I have tried changing to a default theme and disabling almost all of my plugins.

Other ideas for resolution?

We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/ specifically.

We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/.

The shortcode you are hoping to use come with Events Calendar Pro in particular.
