I just setup an event using Events Calendar and Events Tickets Plus.
1. When I try to add a ticket to my cart, I get forwarded to a page that says My Shopping cart is empty. I’m using Woocommerce. Do I have to setup a woocommerce product separately?
2. I’ve added information to be collected by each registrant but I don’t see those form fields on the page. Please advise.
Thanks for emailing support. Sounds like there is a conflict since it looks correct. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
