Hi John and sorry for the trouble here with tickets!
It looks like you’re running WooCommerce Tickets 3.12.1 — is that correct? If so, it’s worth noting that we’re in the process of phasing out the plugin in favor of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.
You should have a free copy of Event Tickets Plus in your account. If you could deactivate WooCommerce Tickets, then install and activate Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, I think that will clear up any issues we might be seeing here with tickets being added to the cart.
