I am using Events Tickets Plus with WooCommerce. The Shop Manager user role which is needed to update woocommerce products is only allowing access to the tags and import tabs of events. I need Shop Managers to be able to add and edit events, is this possible?
The short answer is yes! You can totally customize the capabilities of your Shop managers.
In order to accomplish that you will need to add a WordPress plugin such as Members (which is free and lets you control precisely what each user role can do).
Once it’s installed, go to your Users tab and look for the newly added Roles option.
