Dear sir/madam

I’d like my site members (teachers) to input their personal calendar schedule. More precise I like members teachers to input into the system their monthly personal free schedules, in order a parent who seeking to find a teacher for a certain period can query all teachers schedules and find the ones that are available.

So need to have multi private calendars and a query mechanism to retrieve the info from the calendars.
Is this possible to have this functionality with events calendar?

Hi Elias,

While the Events Calendar does not provide a way to create “multiple private calendars” you can display and sort events within the calendar by tags or categories. Using our Filterbar Plugin, you can tag the events with the teacher’s name, and search and view only events that have this tag. Or, each teacher could be input as an “Organizer” which would provide another way to filter the events in the filterbar.

Using the Events Calendar Pro plugin, you can display multiple calendar views on your site using a shortcode. These can be configured to show events with certain tags and categories, as in the Filterbar plugin.

Can I synchronise my Events Calendar pro with different google calendars depending on tag or certain categories? In order to update my teachers calendars.

You can import multiple Google calendars into your site and automatically assign all of those events a category specific to the calendar source upon import. You could then display a calendar using TEC Pro shortcodes that will only show that category.
