Sharing events on Social Media

Is it possible for a user to share an event from the calendar on their social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc)? I was wondering if their is a plugin or an addon button for this to add to an event.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the first place.

There is a few plugins that will allow you do what you want, and Simple Share button Adder is one of the easiest ones to use.

Depending on where you want to display you will need a bit of WordPress templating knowledge:
