ParticipantShare capacity with other tickets doesn’t appear to be working. The shared capacities show different number for tickets that have shared capacity with an event. The page is at https://www.xscapers.com/event/annual-bash-2019/

KeymasterHi escapees,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Sorry to hear about your issue with the shared capacity. I’d be happy to take a look at this for you.
On the back-end when you look at the tickets what stock numbers do you see? Do you maybe see red exclamation marks next to them?
Did you by chance to any cancellations or refunds? (We have a nice guide for these.)
You might need to adjust the ticket stock of the WooCommerce product equivalent of the tickets. You can get to them if you click on the pencil icon next to the ticket to open it for editing, then open the ‘Advanced’ section, and you should see an ‘Edit WooCommerce product’ link at the bottom.
Let me know what you find.
Cheers,
AndrasSeptember 13, 2018 at 4:50 am #1620553Andras
KeymasterRegarding the error messages…
We have released a new version of our plugins this week. After backing up your site please update the plugins and check if you are still getting the error messages.
Thanks!
A.

ParticipantThe issue is not the inventory amount. The issue is the tickets that a currently set to share a total capacity are displaying the individual ticket availability on the frontend instead of the shared availability between all the shared tickets. I have attached some screenshots that you can pass along to help clarify. I think it is a issue with the database for this event as some other strange things are happening like it not wanting to take changes/edits. It likes to keep old data in the fields instead of the changed amount upon saving. Noticed this when I was working the capacity amounts in order to see if it would correct itself by doing so.

KeymasterHi again,
Thanks for the screenshots, that helps!
When you created the tickets with the shared capacity, did you set up a limit for them individually? Like this: https://dl.dropbox.com/s/kc6f4cep9a2778x/shot_180917_153712.jpg
Could you send me some screenshots of how the tickets themselves are set up?
Thanks!
Andras

ParticipantWe did updates this morning that included your plugins. The problem seems to have resolved itself after the updates. The numbers are currently correct.
