Setting up capabilities for Authors and Editors to edit events not working??

Hi,

Im having problems with setting up capabilities to edit events for editor and authors – http://greenlinktest.com.au/wpsc/ – is the website address using access manager to handle capabilities but it isn’t working…

if I go to wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events it comes up with Unauthrorized action even though the author and editor roles have permission to do everything events wise (edit create, delete & others etc)

any help would be appreciated!! I’m stumped why it isn’t working

Hi Rachel – I’m stumped too! To replicate your problem I did the following:

• Created a new user assigned to the “editor” role
• Signed in as that user
• Edited an existing event and saved the changes

I didn’t experience any problems whatsoever – is there anything I have done differently here from the approach you followed?
